ACASA Senior Care was responsive, pleasant and very knowledgeable. They did not push our family into an agreement, and Alisa truly cared about my mother and her declining health. The nurse that came to evaluate Mother was compassionate, and she treated my mother with dignity. Alisa became a friend that I trusted to meet the needs of my mother. ACASA has a caring heart for all people.

ACASA was a huge help for our family when my dad needed more care. He had to be transferred from his bed to his wheelchair with a Hoyer lift a few times a day. The caregivers who came to our home were knowledgeable and gentle with my father. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. We also appreciated having backup when a substitute was needed. They helped my mom with a few chores around the house like folding and putting away laundry, loading the dishwasher and taking out the trash. They also washed and changed sheets on the bed. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dad was taking care of our mom with dementia in their home until he took a hard fall in the kitchen. He ended up in a rehabilitation facility and mom was alone at home. ACASA supported our needs and provided excellent care for her. All 3 caregivers were patient and encouraged mom daily, we never had to worry about her during this hard and unexpected time. Very competent office staff and care-workers. Many good features: Attention to client ‘s needs; on time arrivals. Care workers focus on the client; are helpful, and polite. We had experience with 5 different care workers, and they all were cheerful, alert, reliable, and engaged, in their work.
